Who are we
A team of fitness professionals dedicated to improving your quality of health and wellbeing through exercise, proper nutrition and education (with a bit of fun along the way!).
The company was created by Phil Hyland. With a degree in Sport Science and over 10,000 personal training sessions delivered, Phil has successfully worked with a wide spectrum of clients including Ironmen, BAFTA winners, city traders and stay-at-home mums, and with an infectious enthusiasm can motivate even the most unwilling of exerciser!
Throughout his career Phil has also managed a very successful team of elite trainers in one of London’s most exclusive health clubs and is also currently teaching with the Academy of Fitness Business delivering fitness industry qualifications (www.afb-uk.co.uk).
In order to ensure that the highest standards are continually delivered,
all of our fully qualified trainers undergo a series of further workshops
and training sessions with Phil. We also recognise that Personal Training is by definition, “personal” and all clients have an initial, complimentary assessment (with Phil) in order to ensure the most appropriate trainer
There are no quick fixes, cheats or shortcuts and certainly no “best” ways to achieve a certain result, only “more efficient” ways for each individual.
In order to determine what exactly works for you our “Triple
A System” may sound cheesy, but it works. Once you are
on board we will assess you and then together decide the
best course of action, making alterations to your current habits until we see adaptation. We all respond differently to change
and often the first course of action may need "tweaking" until
it works. We will continue to assess and alter your path until
the desired outcome is reached....then we set new goals and keep going!
As humans we are equipped with the amazing ability to move
in a three dimensional and multi-planar fashion; pushing, pulling, twisting our way through life, and we should train our bodies as they have been designed to work. We don't believe there are “best ways” to achieve a certain goal, only “more efficient” ways for each individual and with efficiency comes
not only great results but reduced training time. Time is no excuse when you train properly and we will show you how
even the most hectic of schedules can incorporate good exercise. So let’s get moving and start utilising the best
piece of gym equipment around…our body!

Overlooked by many, Pilates should be part of everybody's exercise schedule. Much more than simply a "core workout", correct Pilates has many benefits including muscle strength, postural correction and increased body awareness. Due to
the intricate nature and required control, Pilates can easily
be practised incorrectly but working with one of our qualified instructors will ensure you don't waste time, have perfect technique, and see awesome results.
Did you know that many headaches, back aches and joint
pains are often caused by muscle tightness and imbalances. We often put much effort into exercise but fail in the rest
and recovery process. Massage can prevent chronic muscle tightness which can lead to more serious injury, aid with digestion and also help to reverse the negative postural
effects of sitting behind a desk all day. Our therapists come
to you so whether you are at home or at work, loosening up couldn’t be easier!
Exercise should be part of every females pre and post natal routine, yet many often shy away through fear of causing injury and damage. With correct education and instruction, exercising during and after pregnancy can not only help maintain yours and your baby's health, but make the whole process easier, reduce pain and regulate those nasty hormones!

Have you ever questioned why you do a certain workout, why you take
a particular supplement or why you follow a specific diet? We believe
that if you are not sure why you are doing something, you shouldn’t
be doing it. We also love to pass on our wealth of knowledge and teach some of our most valuable snippets of information through a variety
of seminars and workshops. You may wish to attend one of our
scheduled dates or have us come to you, perhaps to deliver a
seminar to your work force. “Lunch Break Exercise - Time Efficient Training”, “Posture Perfection” and “Basic Nutrition - Myths and Facts”
are three popular seminars, each providing a basic understanding
of key Wellbeing elements, increasing your knowledge and enabling
you to train, eat and live more efficiently.
We understand that everyone has different needs, situations, and problems to overcome so whatever your requirements, we will tailor the perfect package for you.
We can work with you via many different formats - private one to one sessions, semi-private and small group exercise, group fitness sessions, live video sessions, online exercise - you may even require a trainer to travel with you. We will help you devise a manageable schedule and work with you every step of the way, inside AND outside of session time. There is no escape...
